Attorney Benjamin P. Urbelis has been zealously representing clients throughout the state and federal courts of Massachusetts for more than 16 years. Most recently, Attorney Urbelis argued in front of the Supreme Judicial Court as the lead attorney on behalf of several defendants, creating new case law precedent which now requires a clerk magistrate to provide defendants with notice and an opportunity to be heard before any show- cause hearings are opened to the public.
